Monroe currently serves OEM, defense, and aerospace customers with a wide variety of wire and cable assemblies.\u00a0 This acquisition will immediately expand Monroe\u2019s footprint in the alternative energy sector and with electrical contractors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Positive Customer and Supply Chain Impact:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As one company, Monroe and \u201cMonroe Titan\u201d will streamline quoting, sales, manufacturing, and program management with the goal of enhancing customer service and supply chain value.&nbsp; The Titan team\u2019s deep experience in the Solar and Alternative Energy market will immediately expand Monroe\u2019s capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don Howe and Werner Aeschlimann, Sales and Engineering, will continue in sales with the added contribution of Monroe\u2019s sales teams located across over 20 locations nationwide.&nbsp; &nbsp;\u201cI am excited for the opportunity to partner with the Monroe team.&nbsp; We now have the manufacturing capacity and the resources to invest in systems, personnel, and equipment to take on larger domestic Solar Field projects.&nbsp; This partnership will also give us the opportunity to supply fasteners, hardware, and metal assemblies to our solar and electrical contractor customers.\u201d said Don Howe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tom Yaroch, VP Sales, Monroe Engineering, added, \u201cMonroe serves customers across so many vertical markets- Defense, Aerospace, Rail, Heavy Truck, Medical Equipment- just to name a few.\u00a0 We are excited to partner with the Titan team as we grow our alternative energy business.
