There seems to be nothing that will stop him from figuring out a challenge. Whether it is with set up&#8217;s or just troubleshooting he will do whatever it takes to come up with a solution. There are few jobs that make him struggle but even with those jobs, Phil always strives to do better than the last. Doesn\u2019t matter if the job is a difficult or routine job, he is always improving his work while also improving the machines so his fellow employees can run more efficiently. Phil\u2019s adaptability cannot be understated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although Phil is fairly quiet, he never hesitates to help anyone who asks or needs it and always leaves a detailed description of everything he does. Phil is efficient on every machine in his department. It\u2019s so helpful to have someone who can take over setups during shift changes or even reprogram machines.
