Luis has done a fantastic job at embracing some of the tools we\u2019ve put in place and is a testament to how they can be used to keep organized and quote customers as efficiently as possible. Having his product knowledge around the office is always a resource. He\u2019s done an excellent job building rapport with his customers and it been exciting to see his continued success here at Aerospace. \u2013 Randy Dutcher <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luis is a huge part of what we do daily.  Not only in just sales, but knowledge, expertise and experience.  He has worked his way from the back to the front.  He is the definition of hard work paying off.  The one thing that has stood out to me in my short time with Monroe, is the relationships that Luis has cultivated with his customers.  We can become very robotic in how we operate but Luis always creates the personal relationships that truly build business.  He adds the personal touch that is needed to be successful in any industry.  It is evident in emails I\u2019ve been a part of with his customers how much they depend on Luis.  They know he will deliver on time and accurately.  The passion he has to ensure our customers are taken care of are nothing short of exemplary.  He has built a relationship with all departments here in Melbourne.  He works with them to ensure that the customer needs are being met. \u2013 TJ Cardile<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luis is not only consistently the top performer in the office but he also consistently trains and helps new staff learn our products and the aerospace industry. Luis started years ago in the warehouse and this gives him intimate knowledge of the processes and procedures that begin once we make our sale.
