There are plastic knobs, for instance, and there are aluminum knobs. Whether you&#8217;re planning to use them for them for tightening, fastening or pulling applications, you can&#8217;t go wrong with aluminum knobs. Here are the top six benefits of aluminum knobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#1) Ultra-Strong<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aluminum knobs are incredibly strong. They are made of aluminum. And aluminum is the strongest metal, relative to its weight, of all of Earth&#8217;s metals. You don&#8217;t have to worry about cracking or otherwise breaking aluminum knobs. Rust is the result of iron oxidizing and, thus, transforming into a new compound known as iron oxide (aka rust). Aluminum knobs don&#8217;t contain any noticeable amount of iron, so they are protected from rust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#5) Easy to Clean<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aluminum knobs are easy to clean. All industrial knobs will attract dirt and debris &#8212; and aluminum knobs are no exception. The good news is that you can easily clean them. You can use warm water and soap to clean an aluminum knob. Alternatively, you can use a chemical-based cleaning solution. Aluminum knobs offer a nonporous surface that makes them easy to clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#6) Ergonomic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aluminum knobs are ergonomic. They feature a smooth, cool surface. And when properly designed, aluminum knobs are easy to grab and turn.  If you&#8217;re tired of using awkward or otherwise poorly designed industrial knobs, you may want to switch to aluminum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Industrial knobs are available in different materials. While there&#8217;s nothing wrong with choosing plastic or stainless steel, aluminum works well for many reasons.
