Below we\u2019ve included both nominations, as well as a short paragraph from Carrie\u2019s manager and supervisor, Bryce Anderson and Brad DeCarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carrie was literally called a \u201cCaster Ninja\u201d by a customer, and they were absolutely correct!\ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I stopped at Winnebago Industries on 5\/23\/23 and had a great meeting with them. The one thing that stood out was: Carrie\u2019s customer service. She get\u2019s quotes back to them the same day they ask for them. Just for that reason, they do not shop around for casters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her product knowledge and customer knowledge is AMAZING!!! Carrie will stay until the job is done. She takes care of our customers like they are her kids. I can ask her what happened years ago with a customer and she knows and remembers everything. She truly is a OneMonroe asset and needs to be praised.<br>~ Wes Dorch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carrie is known around here by many names; Encyclopedia Britanica, Caster Guru, Gatekeeper, etc. Her 25+ years of caster and material handling knowledge makes her an invaluable resource and valued member of our Des Moines team. Carrie uses that knowledge to educate our customers so they can walk out the door with the correct product for the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her attention to detail with vendor PO\u2019s saves valuable lead time as well as our company money. Carrie is a true asset and will go out of her way to help you even if it means putting more on her work plate. Des Moines is a better place with dedicated people like Carrie.<br>~Tim White<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carrie is valued so highly and she absolutely deserves a \u201cDouble Nomination\u201d! She always goes above and beyond to take care of our customers. She is a wonderful teammate to work alongside and her product knowledge is second to none. We are incredibly lucky to have her on our team.<br>~ Bryce Anderson<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Honest, Dependable, Trustworthy, Knowledgeable, and Fun are just a few adjectives that describe her. She is willing to help anyone internally or externally and absolutely embraces the OneMonroe spirit. Every individual in our branch relies on her daily for her knowledge and assistance, and for that reason, we are all better! That one was the most interesting. I sold leather goods and fashions at the state fair.
