His dedication and expertise have been nothing short of extraordinary. Allen\u2019s levelheadedness, problem-solving skills, and commitment to helping teams transition seamlessly into new systems are truly remarkable. Fun, hardworking, and an invaluable resource, Allen exemplifies what it means to be a team player. Congratulations on this well-deserved honor, Allen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nomination<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Allen has joined the TBE Implementation Team on site during our Go Live weeks for a while now. All who have been through a TBE implementation know how stressful it can be, but the people who volunteer to assist on site are actual angels on Earth. Sunday travel, early morning\/late evening hours, a week of processes to improve, inevitably ending with travel issues &#8211; this is the norm. But as soon as Allen walks in the door and sets down his bag, he lives in the warehouse helping this vital group get busy in the new system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;When I met him, I asked him to be as helpful as possible, understand that the people he is there to help are super stressed, and keep me in the loop when he finds something that doesn&#8217;t work right or could be better and he has knocked it out of the park. He only comes back inside for food and to discuss issues that arise or suggest an improvement. By the end of the week, he has worked out the bugs, calmed nerves and led the team back to productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;At our go live in Las Vegas, with the benefit of Allen&#8217;s expertise and calm demeanor, the warehouse was running paperless in THREE DAYS with a warehouse group who never quit and outperformed expectations. (Josh Gaeth&#8217;s genius was helpful, too! \ud83d\ude42) Allen has become a great resource for TBE process improvements, pre\/post-TBE training and end-of-day drinks, as well.
