We are thrilled to recognize Jillian Oberts as Employee of the Month! Jillian has been a standout employee since she started. Her ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals, coupled with her eagerness to embrace new challenges, has made her an invaluable asset to the OneMonroe Marketing team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nomination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If creativity and design were a superpower, Jillian would be out here flying around in a cape made of Pantone swatches and saving the world one pixel at a time. Working with Jillian has been an absolute pleasure!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we were hiring, I was honestly a bit nervous\u2014we needed someone who could take the reins on our social media and jump in to help with the overflow in our fast-growing design needs without missing a beat. I expected a learning curve, a period of adjustment\u2026 but then Jillian walked in. From the moment I met Jillian, I knew without a doubt that she would be amazing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From day one, she just got it. Everything she created was right on point. It was like she could read my mind. I\u2019d barely get halfway through explaining what I needed her to help with, and she\u2019d already be bringing it to life\u2014exactly how I imagined it, or better. She dove right in, took initiative, and made an immediate impact. Whether it’s social media content and visuals, marketing visuals, or anything else, having her here to help with the number of things we have to do has been an absolute blessing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not only is she incredibly talented when it comes to graphic design, but her creativity and attention to detail truly make her work stand out. Every project she works on has always exceeded expectations. She consistently knocks it out of the park, her timing is always impeccable, and her eye for design? Chef\u2019s kiss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what truly sets her apart isn\u2019t just her talent \u2014 it\u2019s her personality. Jillian is one of the kindest, most genuine people you\u2019ll ever meet. I am always going in a million different directions, jumping from one thing to the next, and she has always been there, keeping up with a big smile on her face. She is easygoing, communicative, and always brings positive energy to the table. Deadlines? Nailed. Vibes? Immaculate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is the kind of teammate who shows up, gets it done, and takes away any added stress along the way. I am so grateful to have her as a part of my team. I don\u2019t know how we would have done so much over the last few years without her. I am truly honored to have her by my side, working with her every day. Having someone to collaborate and work on projects with has been so much fun, I couldn’t ask for a better design partner in crime. Thank you, Jillian, for everything you do and for being an absolute pleasure to work with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
