Her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and willingness to go above and beyond make her an invaluable part of our team. From her early days in contract review to becoming a confident, dependable team player, she has consistently shown dedication, hard work, and a fantastic attitude. She is an absolutely wonderful support person who communicates well with both customers and coworkers. She is always trying to help and support her coworkers however she can. Her attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile is the kind of employee every team needs . Having her team mindset never went unnoticed.&nbsp; She started with Hanson Rivet performing contract review on purchase orders for rivets &amp; tool orders, she was very quiet and was determined to do a good job. Over time her confidence level rose, and she came out of her shell. Fabi is bilingual&nbsp; which has helped the team take care of customers that in the past we struggled to communicate with.&nbsp; Fabi fits right into our fast paced environment, she is on time, hard&nbsp;working with a fantastic attitude and work ethic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHaving an employee who can easily manage themselves is a great relief for me.
