Anytime I reach out to him, he\u2019s quick to jump in with a great attitude and a genuine willingness to support whatever is needed.<br>What really stands out about Patrick is his team-first mindset. He\u2019s always approachable, responsive, and focused on helping move things forward. You never get the sense that something is \u201cnot his job\u201d \u2014 he simply looks for ways to help and make things easier for others.
