At OneMonroe, we take pride in our ISO 9001:2015 registration, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability in every product we manufacture. Our rigorous processes include in-process and final inspections, utilizing equipment calibrated to standards traceable to NIST. This commitment to precision is supported by our use of advanced hand gauges, calipers, gauge blocks, surface plates, and state-of-the-art Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), guaranteeing that every custom and contract manufacturing project meets the highest standards of excellence.
Our largest CMM is a Sheffield ~ Cordax ~ Apollo 150 with the following work envelope:

This CMM has the latest version of PC-DMIS software and is capable of programming CMM routines directly from part print (CAD) drawings.
CMM inspection services can be quoted on a fixed price basis or T&M. Reports can be to a customer supplied standard or a Monroe template(s) can be used.
In addition we can offer set-up and fitting services if desired. A part or assembly would be inspected, and surfaces or fitting spacers can be altered so that the fixture performs to specifications, the part or assembly is within certification tolerances, or the part or assembly is functional. These additional services can also be quoted or provided on a T&M basis.
