Employee Of The Month Bill Ryan!

Congratulations Bill Ryan on being Employee Of The Month for February 2021.

Nomination
Bill has been a key part of our purchasing innovation team.  He is always engaged in the meetings & looking for ways to improve our One Monroe model.  Bill has been able to work with the innovation team while meeting his branch sales goals this year.

Bill is one of the first people to reply to our Monroe sourcing team requests.  He has given multiple leads to other Monroe locations as they look to source parts.  His willingness to help promote One Monroe has allowed others to source parts they might otherwise be unable to find.

Bill was part of NW Fasteners before being acquired by Monroe.  Over the years he has used his vast knowledge of fasteners to help build some of our largest vendor managed customers. His relationships with his customers have allowed him to cross-sell all of our Monroe product lines.  Bill is constantly working with his customers to sell One Monroe and add value to his customers.  Bill has been a true believer in our “How can we Help?” philosophy.
