Employee of the Month: Lisa Campion

Congratulations Lisa Campion on being Employee of the Month for April 2023

Nomination

Lisa is a powerhouse at the Manitowoc location; she is one of the hardest-working people we’ve ever encountered, and she maintains a great positive attitude even when things become challenging. Regardless of whether she’s having a good or terrible day, she always has a smile on her face. Her upbeat disposition permeates the entire building and makes each business day simpler.

Lisa has a keen eye for detail; if someone makes a mistake or forgets to include a piece of information, Lisa will notice it. Lisa’s communication skills are also remarkable; she always takes the time to have a face-to-face conversation to ensure that crucial information is communicated thoroughly and comprehended on both ends. Lisa is always seeking new methods to make everyone’s lives easier. Lisa has only been with OneMonroe for about a year and a half, but she has already made Manitowoc a better place for everyone.
