Employee of the Month: Greg Sepanski

Congratulations Greg Sepanski on being Employee of the Month for May 2023

Nomination

Greg has the crucial role of overseeing Quality at OneMonroe Ira, our business hinges on consistently delivering high-quality products and Greg has been doing an amazing at keeping this consistency for almost 14 years! It’s not easy being the guy who has to tell a Machinist or Project Manager or Sales Manager that they’re wrong on that detail or package that they’ve sunk hours into getting just right. Nothing we make here at Ira leaves this shop without Greg’s stamp and initials on the Job Traveler, and even when a mistake is found Greg ensures that the changes are made, the part is done to specifications, and does it professionally and courteously. Greg has an extensive knowledge of our equipment and tools and knows how to inspect any product if it’s possible. We’re known for our high-quality products we machine, and in our industry, quality is everything and Greg has had an integral role in building and ensuring the quality we’re known for. We appreciate everything you’ve done over the 14 years Greg and look forward to many more!… At least until he wants to go off Treasure Hunting with his Metal Detector or out fishing!  – Sam Sattler
