Employee of the Month: Janette Fisher

Janette recently took over the key role of managing her location’s supply chain. This was a tough role to fill before COVID but Janette has excelled even with the newly added difficulties. Janette has been on point with the One Monroe attitude from the beginning.

She really embodied it while working with the Rochester team to get key goods shipped out to her location. By doing everything she did she kept our top customers and vendors supplied while the Chicago rail yards were bogged down. She was on top of every shipment coming in and out while also efficiently communicating with me so that we were all on the same page. This cut down lead times by several weeks and kept both warehouses fulfilling orders.
