Jim has always been a dependable employee who goes above and beyond his regular duties for the 9 years he has been a part of the team. Jim has a great understanding of his job, but he still is consistently looking for ways to improve not only himself but OneMonroe. When issues arise, Jim is always the first person to ask for assistance or to offer assistance to fix any problem. When Jim gets up in the morning he says to himself “today is going to be a great day!”, then he proceeds to make it happen with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. Jim is an integral part of One Monroe’s Zeeland location, and we look forward to working with him for many more years.

Do you have a hidden talent? What is it? Manipulator but for good reasons. LoL

What is one totally irrational fear that you have? My daughter talking over me when I’m lecturing her.

Do you have a motto or personal mantra? Stick in your own lane, if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all.
What are your three most overused words/phrases? I promise, ya know, its Trump’s fault.
What is an ability you wish you had? To get my renters to pay on time without an excuse, laziness/punctuality, reinforce conservative values.
What is one thing on your bucket list Go to Greece very soon.
What do you like to do in your spare time? Drag race, shoot guns, travel with my family.
What is your favorite sport or sports team? None
Would you rather be a tiny elephant or a giant hamster? Neither I would at times like to be a fly on the wall.
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do? Calculate how much I can spend after setting my family up for life.
