“I have had the pleasure of working with Mary for only a short time, but WOW! She is truly an asset to our team here in Cincinnati. Her dedication, strong work ethic, and positive attitude make a significant impact every day. She consistently goes above and beyond to support both coworkers and customers.
Mary has the ability to adapt to any challenge with a problem-solving mindset. Mary transitions from the warehouse picking orders, receiving and shipping orders, to the office, taking care of customers that walk in, building quotes, checking MRO orders, helping the outside sales team with VMI orders, printing labels, and ensuring these orders get taken care of in a timely manner.
She has also agreed to help deliver orders in the future. She is an excellent communicator and listener, always willing to grow her knowledge and help others grow as well. Her attention to detail and ability to multitask have been crucial in keeping our orders and projects on track. Mary also brings a contagious energy to the workplace. What do you like about working for Monroe? I like that every employee within the company has been so nice and helpful.
What is one thing you love about your job? I love that I learn something new almost every day. I love working in the warehouse and office.
If you could add one thing to your office, what would it be? Plants/flowers
Before Monroe, what was the most unusual or interesting job you have ever had? I worked at Speedway for years. I Met some very interesting people, including my husband. 🙂

If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be? Cheeseburgers
If you were an animal, what would you be? Cat.
Do you have a hidden talent? What is it? I can make some homemade biscuits and gravy.

What do you like to do in your spare time? I love spending time with my family. Swimming in the pool with the kids in our backyard, Bonfires, Go carts, Jeeps, Car shows, riding the bike with my husband.
