Congratulations Elton Davis on being Employe of the Month for February 2023

During the course of more than two decades, Elton Davis has been employed at Lyn-Tron. During the course of twenty+ years, he has never missed a beat and consistently delivered great results. Over the course of his career, he has gained experience in a number of different areas inside the building; yet, regardless of which department he has worked in, he has always been an outstanding employee.
He possesses a deep knowledge of both his department and the CNC machines that are housed within that department. In addition to having excellent communication abilities, Elton is always willing to assist whoever or wherever he can. Elton also possesses a high degree of adaptability, a trait that works in tandem with his strong communication abilities. Both of these skills were recently highlighted when he took over the main role in our second shift, and since then, communication between shifts has never been better.

Before Monroe, what was the most unusual or interesting job you have ever had? McDonalds.

Do you have a hidden talent? What is it? No.
