Congratulations Gregg Robb on being Employee of the Month for March 2023
Nomination
Gregg came to work for us 25+ years ago. He was originally hired to work in the warehouse, and it didn’t take long to figure out that his skills and knowledge were better suited for sales. He was quickly promoted to inside sales and has grown his account base exponentially. Over the years I have watched him grow as a salesperson, become a father, and continue to expand his product knowledge. His dedication to OneMonroe is beyond reproach. In 2022 his sales were just short of $5-million. 2023 his numbers look very strong and will likely exceed last year’s number.
The old saying that you have to watch out for the quiet one. Well, Gregg is the quiet one, but you never need to watch out for him. He is the first to jump in and lend a hand no matter what the task entails. Many of the OneMonroe family have had the opportunity to work with Gregg on various projects. The Gregg you get on the phone is the same Gregg that you get in person. He is as genuine of a person you will ever meet.
