Luis is a huge part of what we do daily. Not only in just sales, but knowledge, expertise and experience. He has worked his way from the back to the front. He is the definition of hard work paying off. The one thing that has stood out to me in my short time with Monroe, is the relationships that Luis has cultivated with his customers. We can become very robotic in how we operate but Luis always creates the personal relationships that truly build business. He adds the personal touch that is needed to be successful in any industry. Luis is not only consistently the top performer in the office but he also consistently trains and helps new staff learn our products and the aerospace industry. Luis started years ago in the warehouse and this gives him intimate knowledge of the processes and procedures that begin once we make our sale.
