Rob had the challenging task of filling the shoes of a Lyn-Tron shipping department veteran. However, he has flourished in his new position as Shipping Lead. He has been extremely patient and goal-oriented since assuming this position. Rob is very adept at maintaining focus on his department’s daily objective: Ship Accurate Orders.
Rob is always willing to go above and beyond to assist his coworkers and customers. Rob adapted extremely well to his new position, and he continues to learn and improve not only his own and his team’s processes but also those of other departments.
