She is also super personable and offers great advice for everything both work related, and non-work related. Her intelligence, personality, friendliness and work ethic are admirable and for someone of my age, it’s nice to have someone a little older like her to be around on a Monday-Friday basis.

“Yesenia is amazing. She has embraced so much about our business and learning our products. She came from the lumber industry and had little to no fasteners knowledge. The truth is fasteners can be daunting and challenging to learn, with so many specifications on the mil-spec side it can feel overwhelming, but she really rose to the challenge. She is a fast paced, thorough sales representative and she is a great multi-tasker in general. Yesenia is not afraid to ask when she doesn’t know something, and I rarely need to explain something more than once. She is always present and giving of her time like Alexa shared, but more than that, she is always willing to give of herself even when she is busy and inundated with work. What do you like about working for Monroe? I love all the resources and the genuine willingness of everyone to offer their support and guidance.
What is one thing you love about your job? I love learning and challenges. Everyday i feel like is a different learning curve, and that is what I love most.
If you could add one thing to your office, what would it be? I wouldn’t add anything else, the way it is it’s perfect.
Before Monroe, what was the most unusual or interesting job you have ever had? nothing, other than being a parents. and raising beautiful/wild children.
