Rochester Hills, MI— November 5, 2020 — Today at an internal event, Monroe announced the successful purchase of the assets of Sattler Inc, an Ira Township, MI company. Monroe currently serves automotive, defense, and aerospace customers with a wide variety of machined parts and make to print fabricated assemblies.

Positive Customer and Supply Chain Impact:

As one company, Monroe and “Monroe Sattler” will be able to streamline quoting, sales, manufacturing, and program management with the goal of enhancing customer service and supply chain value. The Sattler team’s deep experience in precision parts, larger components, and exotic materials will immediately expand Monroe’s capabilities.

This partnership should all lead to more efficient product realization for our customers.” said Paul Sattler, General Manager, Monroe Sattler.

Tom Yaroch, VP Sales, Monroe Engineering, added, “Monroe serves customers across so many vertical markets- Defense, Aerospace, Rail, Heavy truck, Medical Equipment- just to name a few. We are excited to partner with the Sattler team. Sattler has been one of our best suppliers on several precision machining projects in the past but to have everyone truly part of the same team is going to make Monroe more competitive commercially and will only improve our ability to execute programs. Like Monroe, they place a huge emphasis on their employees and providing great customer service. We are looking forward to working as one team. We believe this is a win/win for our employees, our customers, and our supplier partners.”
