Monroe Engineering Expands CNC Machining Capabilities


Monroe buys assets of Sattler Inc.

Rochester Hills, MI— November 5, 2020 — Today at an internal event, Monroe announced the successful purchase of the assets of Sattler Inc, an Ira Township, MI company. This partnership is a strategic addition to Monroe’s growing CNC Machining and Contract Manufacturing product offering. Monroe currently serves automotive, defense, and aerospace customers with a wide variety of machined parts and make to print fabricated assemblies.

Positive Customer and Supply Chain Impact:

As one company, Monroe and “Monroe Sattler” will be able to streamline quoting, sales, manufacturing, and program management with the goal of enhancing customer service and supply chain value. The Sattler team’s deep experience in precision parts, larger components, and exotic materials will immediately expand Monroe’s capabilities.

Paul Sattler, an industry veteran, will remain with the business and will manage the day to day operations of Monroe Sattler. Rob Sattler will continue in sales with the added contribution of Monroe’s sales teams located across over 20 locations nationwide. “I am excited for the opportunity to partner with the Monroe team. We have the manufacturing capacity and the resources to invest in systems, personnel, and equipment to take on additional domestic CNC Machining and Fabricated Metal Assembly projects.
