Employee of the Month: Tim Chandler

Congratulations to Tim Chandler on Being Employee of the Month for January 2024!

Nomination

Tim Chandler has been a game-changer here at our warehouse in Perrysburg, OH, and it’s time we put the spotlight on his amazing work.

First off, let’s talk about how quickly Tim picks up new stuff. Whenever he’s not sure about something, he doesn’t just sit back – he’s right there asking the smartest questions. This not only helps him out but gives us all a fresh take on things.

One of Tim’s most commendable qualities is his reliability. We can always count on him to not only show up every day but do every aspect of his job to the best of his ability! His consistency and dedication are top notch and his presence in the warehouse is a reassurance that the day’s work will not only be completed but executed with the highest standard of excellence.

Tim’s not just about getting his job done. He possesses a proactive mindset, always looking for ways to enhance our workplace. On days when you’d think there’s a bit of downtime, there’s Tim, reorganizing stuff or figuring out smarter ways to do things.

Seriously, with our amazing Warehouse Manager, Robert Lint, and Tim our warehouse has never been easier to move around in, all thanks to them.

When we were looking for someone new, we thought, “We need another Riley” who was a part-time warehouse employee who was awesome. Well, guess what? Tim came along and blew that expectation out of the water. He’s like Riley 2.0 – but with extra features!

Tim’s the kind of guy who makes everyone around him want to do better. He’s not just doing a job; he’s setting the bar higher for all of us. It’s awesome to see and even better to be a part of.

So, here’s a massive thank you to Tim Chandler. Dude, you rock! Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. You’ve become an integral part of our team, and we can’t wait to see what you’re going to pull off next. Keep being awesome!
