This month, we are incredibly proud to recognize Jack Carrier as our Employee of the Month for April 2026. While much of his work happens behind the scenes, its impact is felt across every department in the company. Jack manages the formidable challenge of syncing data from over 10 different systems into our warehouse—a complex, technical feat that ensures our entire team has the insights they need to succeed. He is the quiet engine driving our data integrity, and we are thrilled to celebrate his dedication and expertise.

He establishes data connections to newly acquired businesses, writes the code to help migrate data to The Business Edge, and creates data pipelines for reporting metrics. Jack sets the foundation for growth of the business and that starts with his character.
Jack is the type of team player you would want in any situation. He is constantly learning new methodologies, streamlining processes, and determined to understand the why behind a project. His work ethic is inspiring, and his positivity and energy match his ambitiousness.
Throughout the past few months, he has been called upon more and more to support new and ongoing initiatives and Jack has never shied away. He finds solutions to complex problems and provides insight of his work each step of the way. He does it all with a smile and a U of M hat.
