When we were hiring, I was honestly a bit nervous—we needed someone who could take the reins on our social media and jump in to help with the overflow in our fast-growing design needs without missing a beat. I expected a learning curve, a period of adjustment… but then Jillian walked in. From the moment I met Jillian, I knew without a doubt that she would be amazing.
From day one, she just got it. Everything she created was right on point. It was like she could read my mind. I’d barely get halfway through explaining what I needed her to help with, and she’d already be bringing it to life—exactly how I imagined it, or better. She dove right in, took initiative, and made an immediate impact. Whether it’s social media content and visuals, marketing visuals, or anything else, having her here to help with the number of things we have to do has been an absolute blessing.
Not only is she incredibly talented when it comes to graphic design, but her creativity and attention to detail truly make her work stand out. Every project she works on has always exceeded expectations. She consistently knocks it out of the park, her timing is always impeccable, and her eye for design? Chef’s kiss.
But what truly sets her apart isn’t just her talent — it’s her personality. Jillian is one of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. I am always going in a million different directions, jumping from one thing to the next, and she has always been there, keeping up with a big smile on her face. She is easygoing, communicative, and always brings positive energy to the table. Deadlines? Nailed. Vibes? Immaculate.
She is the kind of teammate who shows up, gets it done, and takes away any added stress along the way. I am so grateful to have her as a part of my team. I don’t know how we would have done so much over the last few years without her. I am truly honored to have her by my side, working with her every day. Having someone to collaborate and work on projects with has been so much fun, I couldn’t ask for a better design partner in crime.
