What do you like about working for Monroe? Everyday is a different adventure
What is one thing you love about your job? The people. I’ve been able to visit many of our locations, and getting to meet colleagues in person—putting faces to names and building real connections—is always the highlight for me.
If you could add one thing to your office, what would it be? A cat condo
Before Monroe, what was the most unusual or interesting job you have ever had? Restoring vintage BMWs to pay for college

Do you have a hidden talent? What is it? I have a knack for organizing chaos. Hand me a messy project or a tangled process, and I can’t help but turn it into something neat and workable—it’s oddly fun for me
