Jimmy embodies the OneMonroe culture of “How Can We Help” out on the shop floor of OneMonroe Ira. No matter what the job. From assembling complex assemblies to fabricating details. Installing countless helicoils in our manufactured parts, handling CNC machines, vehicle maintenance, and doing his part to make sure our facility is up to the high standards we expect here at OneMonroe Ira Jimmy stands out.
Jimmy is our facility’s jack of all trades and master of many out on the shop floor. With an always cheerful attitude and profound mastery of the finer points of the English Language, Jimmy brings a can-do mentality and a comprehensive set of skills to our assembly floor that is essential to our success out here.
The shop floor wouldn’t be the same without Jimmy and we would not be doing as well pushing work out on time and under budget without his hard work every day. For this month, we happily nominate Jimmy Durandt for OneMonroe Employee of the month!

If you could add one thing to your office, what would it be? Executive Assistant to do my paperwork.
Before Monroe, what was the most unusual or interesting job you have ever had? Drilling Wells for my own business
