Nomination
Donna has been a part of the Caster group for over 28 years and has established herself as the keystone of the Houston operations. She has kept the office running through personnel changes, quality issues, severe weather conditions, and other challenges and always does her best to take care of customers.
She not only performs customer service duties across our group, but she is also able to assemble casters, build a handtruck, or load/unload a truck when called upon to do so. She can practically do it all and she embodies the Monroe motto of “How can we help?”.
She’ll stay late to make sure an order gets out the door on time and even when she is short-handed herself, she has offered her assistance to others. She is truly a wonderful asset to the Monroe Family and I’m glad to have her on our team.
