Janette is a shining example of teamwork, positivity, and dedication. Always willing to help wherever needed, she brings strong communication skills, a great attitude, and a sense of humor that makes working alongside her a pleasure. Her contributions during major transitions and her support of teams across multiple locations have made a meaningful impact. Janette consistently leads by example, and her kindness and team-first mindset truly reflect the values of OneMonroe. Congratulations, Janette, on this well-earned recognition!

“Janette is always willing to help in any capacity. She has a great attitude and sense of humor.
Janette’s communication skills both in writing and verbal are beyond excellent.
When Monroe acquired Magnus, Janette was an integral part of the transition. She has assisted at other locations when they move to The Business Edge (TBE).

Janette is an integral part of the Fullerton team who shows by example what teamwork looks like. She is always ready and willing to help wherever she can and brings her awesome sense of humor with her. She has worked alongside the TBE implementation team bringing her knowledge of TBE and OneMonroe with her to new locations. Janette and her husband have huge hearts, adopting rescue dogs to give them a loving home.
It is a pleasure to work alongside people who exemplify the true spirit of teamwork. As Phil Jackson once said:

Where did you grow up? Orange County, CA my whole life
How long have you worked for Monroe? Over 6 years since we were acquired (26 years with Magnus before that)
What do you like about working for Monroe? Still has the feeling of a personal, small business even though we have grown so much
What is one thing you love about your job? The amazing team I work with daily
If you could add one thing to your office, what would it be? My dogs and/or cats
Before Monroe, what was the most unusual or interesting job you have ever had? Worked Fantasyland attractions at Disneyland.
Three words to best describe you. Reliable, responsible, happy
If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be? Almost any kind of Italian pasta
If you were an animal, what would you be? Red panda
Do you have a hidden talent? What is it? I’m pretty good at organizing (closets, drawers, sheds, etc.)
What is one song you have completely memorized? Somebody – Depeche Mode
What is one totally irrational fear that you have? Being stopped under freeway bridges for more than a couple of minutes
Any favorite line from a movie? Hard to pick one, but “You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.”
Best vacation you have been on? Recent cruise to Western Caribbean/Mexico
Least favorite food? Cucumbers or anything containing them in any form
Do you have a motto or personal mantra? Everything will be OK.
What are your three most overused words/phrases? Seriously?!, OMG, WTF? (Trying to cut back on that one)
What is an ability you wish you had? I wish I could sing in tune
What is one thing on your bucket list Visit Yellowstone National Park
What do you like to do in your spare time? Gardening and crafting
What is your favorite sport or sports team? Dodgers
Would you rather be a tiny elephant or a giant hamster? Tiny elephant
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do? Buy a property that could be turned into an animal rescue/sanctuary
